Driven by her passion of serving others, Glena is both a dedicated nurse and a hearty baker. With her daughter's help, she is able to bring the sweet and savory taste of Cocolatik to the greater Jacksonville area. As Cocolatik grows with more recognition in the Filipino-American community, so does their dedication to bringing people together through beautiful cakes and platters.
